This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 85% - This floor plate has factory bluing. The bluing on this floor plate contains light edgewear, as well as some surface level scuffs and scratches. There is one notable spot where it appears something cuastic dripped onto the bluing. Please see photos.
Metal - The metal is in excellent condition, with a few tiny scuffs and dings.
