This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle. It has been professionally refinished in the pre64win shop.
Bluing - Refinished. The new finish on this floor plate contains no edgewear, fading or scratches. There are a few pinprick-sized blemishes in the bluing.
Metal - The metal is in excellent condition, with a few tiny areas of pitting that are covered by the by the new finish.
