This Leupold Vari-X 3-9x40 model with the standard crosshair reticle is in very good condition. There are a few small scratches in the finish and very light marks from the rings, but overall the finish looks great. The optics are clear, there are no scratches on the lenses, no fogging, and the adjustments all move freely. All Leupold scopes come with a factory lifetime warranty.
