This is a Leupold Vari-X II 3-9x40 model with the duplex reticle. There are number of scratches in the scope body from the mounting rings. The optics are clear, there is no fogging, no scratches on the lenses, and the adjustments all move freely. All Leupold scopes come with a factory lifetime warranty.
