This is a vintage Unertl forward scope block for the barrel. It is used on target, bull, or national march models of the Winchester model 70 rifle. The height is 0.171”. The screw hole distance is 1.75". Condition is NRA excellent to new. For blocks with screws, the screws are original with few to no tool marks.
