This is a Super Grade swivel base screw for the front swivel base.
Original parts are factory Winchester pieces in very good to excellent condition.
Reproduction parts are new with an external dimension identical to the original Winchester part, however the thread is different. The reproduction swivel base screws will only work with the reproduction swivel base stock nut found HERE
