This stock is originally from a Featherweight rifle produced between 1952 and 1961. It will fit all Featherweight rifles produced between 1952 and 1963. It has previously been bedded to a rifle, and that bedding material has been removed in the pre64win shop, to facilitate fitting to any receiver.
This stock appears to retain its original finish in excellent condition. There are a few light handling marks, but no chips, cracks, dings, or repairs to the wood. The checkering is clean and crisp and in very good condition.
The stock has been cut and equipped with a Pachmayr White Line vented recoil pad. The pad remains soft and pliable in excellent condition. Due to the shortening of the stock, the factory screw hole for the rear swivel has been filled, and another screw hole has been added in the appropriate spot. Please see photos. The length of pull on this stock is short, at 12-5/8".
