This stock is originally from a Featherweight rifle produced between 1952 and 1958. It will fit all Featherweight rifles, and has been professionally restored in the pre64win.com shop.
This stock presents in excellent refinished condition with no chips, dings, deep scratches, or other structural or cosmetic flaws. The color variation seen on this stock is the natural wood grain color -- we have not stained or modified the wood tone. The checkering remains in excellent condition with a few tiny flat spots. The factory aluminum butt plate has been refinished in our shop. The stock has not been bedded, shortened, or modified aside from the new finish.
There is 1 crack repair between the magazine well and trigger area -- a very common place for cracks to develop. This repair is solid and should have no impact on the structural integrity of the stock. Please see photos.
