This stock is originally from a standard rifle produced in 1962 or 1963. It will fit all standard rifles produced between 1948 and 1963, other than the H&H magnums and .458 magnum.
This stock is all factory-original and in pristine condition. There are no cracks, chips, notable scratches, or past repairs. It has not been bedded or modified in any way. The finish is nearly perfect with just one or two very light handling marks. Please see photos. The hard rubber buttplate shows no wear, and the checkering is sharp, clean, and undamaged. This stock has no notable cosmetic flaws. The small checkering panels are indicative of a 1962-1963 manufacture date.
