This is a 1961 Featherweight rifle chambered in .30-06 Springfield in excellent condition. The receiver and bolt are marked with matching serial numbers - 521606.
The metal and finish are in excellent original condition, with no notable blemishes. There are very slight marks from a previous scope mount.
The stock is original to the rifle with a Monte Carlo comb and a hard rubber buttplate and no modifications. There are a few handling marks and some worn finish in the grip area. There are no cracks, splits, repairs, deep gouges, or other notable damage. The buttplate is in very good condition and the original checkering is excellent.
The bore of the 22" barrel is in excellent condition with only slight wear and no pits or other issues, we rate it a 9 out of 10 under borescope examination.
