This is an all original and very clean .30-06 standard rifle made in 1950. Overall condition for this rifle grades in NRA very good condition.
The metal finishes are all original with bluing grading at 95%. There is bluing edge wear and at the muzzle from honest use, but no rubs, gouges or other noteworthy blemishes. The action and bore are in excellent condition. The bolt serial number is present and matched to the receiver. The rear sight is the correct Winchester 22G. The straight comb stock is in very good condition with a few very light handling marks, but no noteworthy blemishes. The checkering is crisp with no blemishes. The factory steel buttplate is present with bluing wear at the heal. The original swivels are present.
