This .375 H&H model 70 rifle was produced in 1960. This is a high-condition rifle in original factory finishes and configuration. The bolt and receiver are both marked with serial number 500309. It grades in NRA very good condition.
The bore of the 25" medium contour barrel is in almost perfect condition with no notable wear or pitting.
The original Monte Carlo stock retains its factory recoil pad and is in very good condition with light handling wear. There was a small crack in the recoil lug area that was professionally fixed by the Pe-64 team. This crack is no longer visible. There are no other repairs or modifications to the stock. The checkering is also in very good condition.
The bluing is rated at 90% with minor wear on the bolt components and on the rails. There is very minor freckling and scratches on the bottom metal, but no other significant metal defects.
