This stock is originally from a standard rifle produced between 1941 and 1948. It will fit all standard rifles made between 1936 and 1948.
This is an excellent-condition factory stock with no cracks, chips, gouges, or structural repairs. It has been professionally restored in the pre64win shop, including a reproduction Winchester recoil pad and refinishing. There was also a notch cut for a receiver sight which has been filled. The new finish is free of scratches, dings, scuffs or other cosmetic blemishes. The original checkering remains in very good condition, though with notable wear from 80+ years of handling. and some overcoating of the finish. The length of pull is slightly shorter than standard, at 13-1/4".
