This stock is originally from a standard rifle produced between 1948 and 1950. It will fit all standard rifles made between 1948 and 1963, other than the H&H magnum and .458 magnum chamberings. It has been professionally refinished in the pre64win shop. The finish on this stock is quite matte with no gloss.
This stock presents in excellent refinished condition with no cracks, splits, chips, gouges or scratches. It retains the original steel buttplate in very good condition with a few dings and scratches. The original checkering is in very good condition with some areas of minor flattening due to handling. The length of pull is standard at 13-5/8".
