This stock is originally from a Super Grade standard rifle produced between 1948 and 1951. It will fit all standard rifles made between 1948 and 1963, other than the H&H magnum and .458 magnum chamberings. It has been professionally refinished by the pre64win team.
This stock presents in excellent condition with no cracks, splits, chips, gouges or structural repairs. The new finish is in perfect condition with no scratches or handling wear. The original checkering remains mostly clean and unblemished, with a few flat spots. The stock has not been bedded or modified, with the exception of having a White Line Pachmayr vented recoil pad installed by a previous owner. The pad remains soft and pliable with no cracks, but there is a flat spot at the bottom tip.
