This stock is originally from a standard rifle produced between 1950 and 1958. It will fit all standard rifles made between 1948 and 1963, other than the H&H magnum and .458 magnum chamberings.
This stock is structurally sound, with no cracks, chips or past repairs. It has not been shortened, bedded, or otherwise modified. It has been refinished at some time in the past, but not in the pre64win shop. The finish is a bit shinier than most factory finish, slightly over-coated in the checkering panels, but not bad. The checkering overall is in very good condition, except for one panel which has a number of dents or flat spots. Please see photos. The stock retains its original steel butt plate with some bluing loss but no significant damage.
