This stock is originally from a standard rifle produced between 1950 and 1958. It will fit all standard rifles made between 1948 and 1963, other than the H&H magnum and .458 magnum chamberings.
The stock has been refinished and the steel butt plate has been reblued. There are no significant cracks, splits, gouges, or other issues. There is some bedding in the recoil lug area that may require light sanding to fit to a receiver. The original checkering is very good condition, crisp and sharp, without significant flat spots.
