This is a gorgeous Monte Carlo style stock from a standard rifle produced between 1951 and 1961. It will fit all standard rifles made between 1948 and 1963 other than the H&H magnum and .458 magnum chamberings. It has been professionally refinished in the Pre64win shop, and fitted with a reproduction Winchester recoil pad.
This stock is in excellent condition, with no cracks, chips, deep scratches, dents, oil stains or notable cosmetic flaws. The new finish is free of scratches, scuffs or blemishes. The recoil pad is soft and pliable. The length of pull is slightly short, at 13-1/4". This stock has previously been bedded to a .30-06 standard rifle (bedding remains in the barrel channel).
