This stock is originally from a standard rifle produced between 1959 and 1961. It will fit all standard rifles made between 1948 and 1963, other than the H&H magnum and .458 magnum chamberings. It has been professionally refinished in the Pre64win shop.
This stock presents in excellent condition with no cracks, splits, chips, past repairs or modifications. The new finish is in perfect condition, free of scratches, handling marks or cosmetic flaws. There is notable color variation on one side of the stock; this is a natural feature of the wood grain. The checkering is original in very good condition with some minor flattening, but no cosmetic blemishes. The stock wears the original hard plastic butt plate, which remains in good condition with some scratches and dings. The length of pull is standard, at 13-5/8".
