This stock is originally from a Featherweight rifle produced in 1962 or 1963. The barrel channel has been opened up to fit a standard rifle barrel contour and it was previously bedded to its receiver. The bedding has been removed to allow fitting to your rifle. This stock does not have a provision for the forearm screw found on a standard barrel. This stock will fit all rifles with a standard contour barrel produced between 1948 and 1963.
This stock has its original finish and is in very good condition with just a few wear marks. There are no chips, cracks or other damage. The original checkering has a few small flat spots. The stock retains its original hard rubber buttplate.
