This is a custom stainless-steel barrel marked "HART RIFLE BARRELS" and "243 ACKLEY". It is about 23.5" long. The shank is 1.250" in diameter and the barrel is 0.685" at the muzzle. The muzzle is threaded.
The barrel is coated (Cerakote?) with a few scratches.
The extractor cut is little different than the standard Winchester cut and may require modification to the cut or to the extractor.
Bore - 9/10 - The bore has very little throat wear and no other notable wear or defects. Borescope verified.
