This is a custom, fluted, stainless-steel barrel marked ".284 WIN". It is 24" long. The shank is 1.125" in diameter and the barrel is 0.650" at the muzzle. The barrel is coated (Cerakote?) with a few scratches.
Bore - 10/10 - The bore has no throat wear or other notable wear or defects. Borescope verified.
