This .300 H&H Magnum Sporter rifle was produced in 1955. It is a high condition rifle with all original finishes and no modifications. The rifle grades in NRA excellent approaching perfect condition.
The metal grades at 98%+ with all original bluing and no notable blemishes or wear.
The monte carlo stock retains its original finish and steel buttplate with no damages or modifications. Other than a few very minor handling marks in the stock, the only noted blemish on the entire rifle is some light rust on the heel of the buttplate (see photos)
The bore of the 26" barrel is perfect with no noted wear, erosion or pits. It grades a 10 out of 10 under borescope inspection.
All parts are correct and appear to be original to the rifle. The bolt is serial number matched to the receiver.
