This is a Winchester model 70 bull barrel that was originally chambered in .300 H&H magnum but was rechambered to .300 Weatherby. This is an extra heavy barrel, 28" long, with no dovetail for sights, but with screw holes for attaching sight blocks.
Bluing - Reblued - This barrel has been freshly reblued, and the new finish is in excellent condition.
Metal - Overall, this barrel is in excellent condition with no nicks, gouges, or other significant damage to the metal.
Bore - 7/10 - The bore shows some wear with some erosion and heat crackling near the chamber, but a very good crown and only minor pitting. The rifling is bright and still clearly defined. Borescope verified.
