This is a type-II bolt housing for a .22 Hornet rifle.
Handle bluing - 90% - The handle bluing on this bolt shows signs very little wear on the bolt knob, but there is an area of notable bluing loss along the edge of the handle.
Metal - This bolt is in excellent overall condition. There are no significant marks or nicks on the bolt shaft or face.

NOTE: While model 70 bolts may appear to be interchangeable, to safely replace the bolt in a rifle requires the action to be checked for proper headspacing and lug seating. This is a simple procedure which can be performed in a matter of minutes by a qualified gunsmith.
