This is a type-II bolt housing for standard caliber rifles.
Handle bluing - 90% - This bolt handle may have been reblued. The finish has a slightly brownish color and has some signs of wear.
Metal - This bolt is in very good overall condition. The handle has been ground to accommodate a scope, but the work was well done. There are no notable scratches, nicks, or other marks of damage on the bolt shaft or face.

NOTE: While model 70 bolts may appear to be interchangeable, to safely replace the bolt in a rifle requires the action to be checked for proper headspacing and lug seating. This is a simple procedure which can be performed in a matter of minutes by a qualified gunsmith.
