This is a beautifully made post-war custom rifle stock. The action inletting is for a standard action (not H&H magnum) and the barrel channel is the standard contour. This stock features extra fancy wood, a cheek rest, grip cap, and custom checkering.
The finish on this stock is pristine, with virtually no handling marks. There are no cracks, scratches, dings, gouges or oil stains. The checkering remains in excellent condition with no notable flaws. The 1/2" Pachmayr white line butt pad is in very good condition with one tiny crack.
This stock has been previously bedded, and may require slight relieving of the bedding. There is also one subtle crack repair adjacent to the bolt handle notch -- please see the final 2 photos.
