This is a featherweight aluminum floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle. The finish appears original in pristine condition.
Finish - 98% - The original finish on this floor plate contains virtually no edgewear. The finish is dark and even, with just a hint of fading at the tip of the hinge tab. The floor plate is virtually perfect with the exception of 2 tiny flaws on the edge -- please see photos.
Metal - The metal is in perfect condition with no wear or damage.
