This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 95% - This floor plate has factory bluing in pristine condition. The finish contains virtually no edge wear or fading. There are a few pin-prick nicks, a hint of subtle freckling, and a tiny scratch at one end.
Metal - This piece contains no scratches, dents, pitting, or other defects in the metal.
