This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 85% - This floor plate has factory bluing. The bluing on this floor plate contains very minor edgewear. There is one tiny dark spot where it appears something dripped onto the bluing. Otherwise it's a very attractive piece.
Metal - The metal is in excellent condition, with a few tiny scuffs and dings.
