This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 90% - This floor plate has factory bluing. The finish on this piece has virtually no edgewear or fading. Its only flaw is a long but very light scratch on the bluing, and a few slight freckles.
Metal - The metal is still in excellent condition with no notable damage.
