This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 80% - This floor plate has factory bluing. There's notable edgewear and fading to the bluing, and scratches particularly around the edges. The wear is even throughout the piece and overall it is not unattractive.
Metal - The metal is in very good condition with just a few deeper scratches.
