This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 60%. The finish on this floor plate has a great deal of wear with freckling, rust pitting and scratches. It's possible that it has been refinished in the past, but the current finish is still very worn and damaged. This is a great floor plate to take out hunting in rough conditions.
Metal - The metal remains in good condition but contains some freckling and rust pitting.
