This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 70% - This floor plate has factory bluing. The finish is significantly worn around the edges, and is faded and scratched throughout. A few of the scratches read through the bluing and into the metal. The finish on the hinge tab remains in excellent condition.
Metal - The metal is in good condition with a few significant scratches.
