This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 70% - This floor plate has factory bluing. The finish on this piece has significant edgewear, fading, scuffs, a few freckles, and light surface scratches.
Metal - The metal is in very good condition with a few scratches and freckling that reach through the finish to the metal.
