This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 75% - This floor plate has factory bluing. The finish on this piece has edgewear and fading, as well as some light scuffs and scratches.
Metal - The metal is still in excellent condition with no notable damage. A few extremely tiny tool marks are visible where the floor plate will meet the trigger guard.
