This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle. The underside shows the signature triangle-dash proof mark of a pre-war floor plate.
Bluing - 75%. This floor plate appears to have been refinished at some time in the past. That finish has notable wear, scuffs and scratches. There's a small amount of rust on the back side.
Metal - The metal remains in good condition but contains some freckling and rust pitting.
