This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 75% - This floor plate has factory bluing. The finish on this piece has significant edgewear, fading, and tiny scratches. The wear is quite consistent across the piece, and it is not unattractive.
Metal - The metal is in very good condition with a few scratches and freckling that reach through the finish to the metal.
