This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 75% - This floor plate has factory bluing. The finish on this piece has edgewear, fading, and scratches. There are also a few areas of very light pitting.
Metal - The metal is in good condition with a few scratches and very light pitting.
