This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 80% - This floor plate has factory bluing. There's very little edgewear or fading to the finish but it has notable scratches and areas of freckling.
Metal - The metal is in good condition, with some scratches and light freckling.
