This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 75% - This floor plate has factory bluing. The finish has areas of fading and thinning, edgewear, and scattered freckles. There are no deep scratches or rust pitting.
Metal - The metal remains in very good condition with no notable damage.
