This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 80% - This floor plate has been refinished at some point in the past. This finish appears rather blotchy and uneven. There are no major scratches, edgewear, fading, freckling or other damage.
Metal - The metal remains in good condition with no notable damage.
