This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 85% - This floor plate has factory bluing. There's some notable edgewear, and some minor fading/thinning of the bluing. There's light pitting along one side, yet it remains a very attractive piece.
Metal - The metal remains in good condition, with an area of light pitting and a tiny ding.
