This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 85% - This floor plate has factory bluing. The finish on this piece has some light fading and freckles throughout. There is almost no edgewear, and no deep scratches. There is 1 notable but small spot/scuff.
Metal - The metal is in excellent condition with no notable damage.
