This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 95% - This floor plate has factory bluing. The finish is smooth and even, with virtually no edgewear or fading. There are a few light scratches and very minor freckling, but overall it is a very attractive piece.
Metal - The metal is in excellent condition, with no notable damage.
