This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 90% - This floor plate has factory bluing. The bluing on this floor plate shows virtually no fading, scratches or edgewear. The only imperfection is an area of pitting on the edge of the floor plate.
Metal - There are no major scratches or dings, but some pitting in the metal.
