This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 95% - This floor plate has factory bluing in excellent condition. The finish contains virtually no edge wear or fading. There are a few very thin shallow scratches and a hint of freckling, but overall this is a nearly perfect piece.
Metal - This piece contains no scratches, dents, pitting, or damage to the metal.
