This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 95% - This floor plate has factory bluing in pristine condition. There is slight edgewear but virtually no scratches, and just a few pinprick spots in the bluing.
Metal - There are no scratches, dents, pitting, or damage to the metal.
