This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle. It appears to have been refinished.
Bluing - Refinished. The new finish on this floor plate contains no edgewear, scratches or fading. There is some subtle unevenness in some areas.
Metal - The metal is in very good condition, with 1 small area of light pitting or freckling that is covered by the new finish.
