This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - Reblued - 95% - The bluing is even and dark but the grain doesn't appear to be running in the correct direction.
Metal - The metal on this piece is in very good condition with a few light scratches and dings.
