This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle. It appears to have had the bluing touched up on both ends.
Bluing - Refinished - 95%. The finish on this floor plate appears to be touched up on the 2 ends. The hinge tab has clearly been refinished and the end that meets the trigger guard is also refinished. Overall the bluing remains in very good condition with no deep scratches, rubs or cosmetic issues. The finish in the reblued areas appear a bit thicker and shinier than the rest.
Metal - The metal is in very good condition, with no notable scratches, pitting, freckling or damage.
