This is a Super Grade steel floor plate from a post-1964 Winchester Model 70 rifle. It appears to be refinished.
Bluing - 100%- The bluing shows no edgewear, fading, scratches, or notable blemishes. There is, however, some streakiness to the finish.
Metal - The metal remains in excellent condition with no wear or damage.
