This Leupold Vari-X IIc 3-9x40 scope with a gloss finish and duplex reticle is in very good to excellent condition. The optics are clear, no fogging, and the adjustments all move freely. There are a couple of shallow scratches on the ocular lens but there are not noticeable when looking through the scope. There are none of the typical marks from rings but there are a few minor scratches, mostly on the adjustment ring and caps. Leupold scopes come with a factory lifetime warranty.
